Experimenting with the form, intensity and color of light, Lorena Droste has created a suggestive illuminated object in the Light Design course.
Formally reduced to a fabric-covered frame and thus almost losing its object-like quality, the luminaire with OLED elements mounted behind it creates the illusion of natural light coming in through a window.
Intensified by the changing brightness and color of the light as the day progresses, it subtly creates a feeling of warmth in rooms without windows or with north-facing windows and is intended to have a positive influence on the mood of the occupants.
