Annegret Frauenlob studied Book Art at Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design in Halle from 2007 to 2012. Since then, she has specialized in artistic printing techniques, with a particular focus on combining traditional letterpress with high-relief printing methods. Her work explores classic techniques such as woodcut and linocut, as well as material printing, pressure printing, and linoleum etching—constantly searching for the most suitable expression for each project. Since 2012, she has been actively engaged in teaching these artistic techniques and, since 2021, has been the head of the High-Relief Printing Workshop at Folkwang University of the Arts. Her works are included in international collections.
